  • What is the latest advice provided by Australia Post?

    The Australian Postal Service and Star Track are experiencing delays with delivery due to reduced staffing in depots and an increased volume of freight passing through the depots. We have adjusted our delivery calculator to take into account delays, however, please note that these are only estimates and that there could be additional delays in certain areas. To find out more about Australia Post updates, please visit their website.


    If there are delays, we will not be able to refund the cost of Express Delivery. Generally, Express Deliveries arrive the following business day, although some may take two or three days longer. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. In regards to latest updates on Express Post guarantee, read more here.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    If an order is placed by 1 p.m. Sydney time on a weekday, it will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day.

    Estimates provided by the delivery calculator will be updated to the next day at 1 pm, so please place your order in sufficient time to receive the delivery estimate you expect!

    Hampers are dispatched from Sydney.

  • Is it possible to track my delivery?

    When your order is dispatched, you will be sent a dispatch notification email that will include courier tracking information that will allow you to track the progress of your delivery.

    You can also access your tracking link here by using your order email address, order number, and delivery address.

  • Is it possible for me to pick up my order?


    Sydney customers have the option of Click and Collect.

    The dispatch centre is located in Parramatta NSW 2150 (Sydney) and you may place your order online and pick up your order here.

    A Pick Up option will appear when a Sydney postcode is entered during the checkout process.

    Order by 1pm on weekdays for same-day pickup between 8am and 3pm.

  • Are you able to provide same-day delivery?

    Sydney metropolitan postcodes are eligible for the same-day delivery service - please check your postcode on the delivery calculator above.

    The order must be placed before 10 am AEST,  and will be delivered between 1 pm and 6 pm on the same day.

    STAR TRACK COURIER is used for delivery of orders and is unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers or Post Office box addresses.

  • Standard Delivery is FREE throughout Australia

    Consult the delivery calculator above for an estimate of Standard Delivery to your postcode.

    Orders for Standard Delivery will be sent by Australia Post.

    Generally, deliveries are made during business hours Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), with occasional deliveries outside of business hours or on Saturdays to residential addresses.

    Certain regional deliveries may be made at the closest post office.

  • Deliveries made by express delivery

    Check the delivery estimate to your postcode using the delivery calculator above.

    Depending on the delivery postcode, express delivery costs range from $16.95 to $24.95 per hamper.

    Orders placed for Express Delivery outside of Sydney will be sent by STAR TRACK and orders placed for regional areas will be sent by AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS.

    In some cases, deliveries to regional locations will take place at the nearest post office.

  • Delivery Date Preference

    For the Sydney metropolitan area, delivery on your requested day is possible.

    Currently, preferred delivery date options are not available outside the Sydney metro area due to delays associated with COVID-19.

    A hamper can be delivered on your chosen date for $16.95 - $24.95 depending on the delivery postcode.

    Availability not guaranteed for all Australian postcodes - please check the Delivery Calculator to determine if your postcode is included.

    All Preferred Date Delivery orders are sent via STAR TRACK or AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS.

    Instructions for special delivery


    Please indicate in the Delivery Instructions section of the checkout page whether the household at the address is in isolation due to COVID-19. 

    Please note that the special delivery instructions field on the checkout page is used to provide specific delivery instructions for the courier (e.g. deliver to the second floor and leave with reception, leave behind the pot plant near the front door).

    If the customer wishes for delivery at a specific time of day, the request will be printed on the label for the courier to see, but cannot be guaranteed.

    We are unable to call or text recipients prior to delivery, to confirm an address, or upon unsuccessful delivery.

  • Authorization to leave

    If no one is available to receive the package, the option is presented at checkout for the parcel to be left.

    In the event that the authority to leave has been granted and no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will leave the package unattended in a relatively secure location at the address.

    If the parcel cannot be left at the address, our courier will perform one of the following actions:

    Provide a card to inform the recipient that the parcel has been delivered to the nearest post office (AUSTRALIA POST and STAR TRACK).

    Contact the recipient to discuss an alternative delivery address or time (STAR TRACK COURIER - redelivery fees will apply)

    Occasionally, a delivery that is unsuccessful may be returned directly to us for processing; we may not become aware of the failed delivery until it has been returned to us, so we recommend our customers keep an eye on the tracking information.

    We recommend sending the parcel to a business address in order to ensure that someone will be present during business hours, and to avoid redelivery fees.

    Please be aware that redelivery fees may apply to any deliveries that must be reattempted.

    If authority has been given to leave a package, Just Delicious Gifts and Hampers and our couriers are unable to accept responsibility or liability on the rare occasion that a package is lost or stolen after our couriers have recorded the package as 'successfully delivered'.

  • Delivery to hospitals

    The majority of hospitals have specific instructions regarding the delivery of gifts to patients. It is advisable to contact the hospital ahead of time to find out how gifts will be received (e.g. delivery to the loading dock on Smith St and delivery to the Lindo Wing off George St).

    If possible, provide as much information as possible about the recipient - bed or room number, ward name/number, full name and address of the hospital - and confirm that the name on the delivery address matches the name under which the recipient is registered.

    In the event that a parcel needs to be delivered to an alternative address because the patient has already been discharged, a redelivery charge will be charged to the sender.

  • Delivery to international destinations

    We can deliver to any address in Australia. However, we are not able to deliver to New Zealand

    It is recommended to locate a suitable gift and hamper provider in the country of destination if you are making an international delivery, since a local supplier will be significantly less expensive. In addition, delays due to customs restrictions in many countries may significantly compromise the quality of gifts and hampers. Unfortunately, we do not have any international affiliates.
